Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The original seal sticker on the outer box must be intact and unbroken. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

Customers reporting damaged or defective orders must retain all original packaging,,contents and shipping materials for review.
