What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-5 business days excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Due to the nature of fragrance products and FDA regulations, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
The original plastic seal on the outer box must be intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@zlmetro.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination. Tracking is sent automatically once the order ships
